Our website maintains high safety standards, making it safe to use our services and make payments.

Payment

Bookings are confirmed only after we receive complete payment. Payments are accepted in AED and USD. Once payment is made, a confirmation notice is sent to the client by email within 24 hours of receipt. By making a payment towards any service, you give us consent to proceed and deliver your requested services. We accept MasterCard, American Express and PayPal payments.

Cancellation & termination

• You may cancel an order within 7 working days from the time of email confirmation. With your express permission, we may begin delivery of an order immediately, after which the right to cancel is lost.
• Cancellation before we start the service request may levy a pre-order processing charge of USD 40.
• If your request is rejected by the issuing authority, we will refund the fees paid; re-applying after a rejection is subject to the applicable fees plus a rejected-request charge of USD 100.
• Cancellations due to events beyond human control (natural calamities, accidents, government restrictions or force majeure) may receive a full or partial refund at our discretion.
• If you do not reach the venue for a specified activity at the scheduled time, the booking stands cancelled and no refund applies.

Timelines & delivery

We aim to process applications within 24–72 working hours of the immigration department, and in most cases the visa is approved within the offered timeline. Delays can occur if additional documents are requested by immigration. On completion of payment you will receive an email confirmation, which serves as proof of your booking.

Service & pricing

We reserve the right to cancel or omit any part of an activity without prior notice. Prices shown are in AED and USD and are subject to change without notice due to circumstances such as changes in government regulations, airfare fluctuations or transportation rates.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions may be modified or updated at any time to meet changing requirements and standards. Any disputes arising shall be governed by the laws of the UAE. Please also review our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
